We offer our clients experienced construction managers to oversee and lead construction projects of various types including power projects, building construction, PEMB, utility and capital projects. Our goal is to represent the interest of the owner and establish successful projects. We accomplish that through integrating into the design teams to ensure constructability and assist in the permitting process as required. We validate and review construction cost estimates and support in the procurement and vendor/ subcontractor qualification processes. We support the owner in the preparation of RFP packages and review of proposal responses and RFIs. Assist owner in contractor evaluations by reviewing bids, cost estimates and schedules. We oversee the implementation of construction schedules, quality plans, safety plans , and provide construction coordination and accurate reporting.

We provide accurate estimating and benchmarking services in the market sectors we cover. This is accomplished through a complete understanding of the project documents, scope, definition, and the latest databases of material and labor cost information. We develop and compile all classes of estimates from order of magnitude estimates to class 1 estimates. We employ the latest industry software in our estimating process (WinEst, Timberline, etc.). We accompany the estimate with an inclusive basis of estimate document and estimate plans. Estimate integration with project data structures for integration with cost and schedules is an area of focus to allow for the creation of multiple level estimate and earned value reports.

We support our clients by providing robust risk processes through the implementation and facilitation of risk workshops and smart risk registers. Our risk process starts by understanding the project scope and status, review the estimate and schedule. We communicating risk information with the project or program stakeholders. We use industry leading risk modelling software to run stochastic simulations to assess the level of confidence and predict the probability of achieving the estimate and schedule.
We assist in the determination of contingency levels needed in the estimates and schedule based on the organizational risk tolerance and the results in the risk analysis. Additionally, we assist clients in determining the need for management reserve funds or schedule management reserve (MR) needed for unforeseen risks. Finally, we set and provide the process for contingency drawdowns to ensure contingency and MR are managed correctly.
